Keep more of every sale.

Send us last month's processing statement. We'll mark up every fee, show you which ones you don't need, and tell you what you'd pay instead. If your current deal is already good, we'll say so.

Square and Clover use their published standard in-person rates, checked October 2026 (some Clover plans are 2.3% + 10¢). HydraPay figures are estimates, not a quote. Real pricing depends on underwriting, card mix, and industry, and dual pricing isn't available for every business type.

Pick how you pay for cards

Dual pricing is where most businesses save the most. If it doesn't fit how you sell, the other two still show you exactly what you pay.

Biggest savings

Dual pricing

You post two prices: one for cash, one for card. Customers who pay by card cover the processing cost, and you keep your margin on every sale.

  • Signs, receipts, and terminal setup done for you
  • Works at the counter, on the road, and online
  • A strong fit for shops, food, auto, salons, and services

Oil change + filter$50.00
Cash price$50.00
Card price$51.99
Your processing cost on this sale: about $0
Most transparent

Interchange-plus

You pay the card networks' real cost plus one fixed markup, printed on every statement. No "non-qualified" surprises. Best above about $30k a month.

Simplest

Flat rate

One rate on every card, so month-end has no math. Good for newer or lower-volume businesses, with room to move up as you grow.

Questions owners ask before switching

Will I have to sign a long contract?

We show you every term in writing before you apply, including contract length and any early termination fee. No surprises after you sign.

Can I keep my current equipment?

Often yes. Many terminals can be reprogrammed. If not, we'll recommend a Payroc-certified terminal that fits how you take payments. See equipment.

Is dual pricing legal in my state?

Dual pricing is allowed in all 50 states when signage and receipts are done correctly, but rules vary by state and industry, and some regulated services can't pass card costs on. We check your state and business type before recommending it.

How does HydraPay get paid?

Payroc pays us a share of the revenue from your processing. It comes out of the rates in your agreement, not as an extra fee. Full details.

Who actually processes my payments?

Payroc, a payment processor founded in 2003. HydraPay is your agent for pricing, setup, and support.

How fast do I get paid?

Fast deposits are available, including next-day options on many accounts. We confirm your exact funding schedule in writing during setup.
